Our client, a fast-growing technology company operating in the advanced aerial surveillance industry, is seeking an experienced RF Engineers to strengthen its organization.
As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing RF systems that ensure reliable C2 and data connectivity in complex electromagnetic environments, including scenarios with significant GNSS jamming and interference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF systems operating in the 300 MHz – 6 GHz range
- Antenna design, modelling, and system-level integration
- Work on MIMO mesh networks and phased array concepts
- RF PCB design with strong focus on EMC/EMI performance
- Analyse and mitigate interference in complex EW environments
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of RF engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and simulation tools
- Proven track record of improving link reliability and robustness
- Solid understanding of RF system performance in real-world environments
